Ivera LLC ("Ivera", "we", "us") provides practice-management software for care providers, including the Ivera ABA platform. This policy describes how we handle information on this website and within our products.
This website
This website does not use advertising trackers and does not sell or share visitor data. We may collect standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability purposes.
Our products and protected health information
Ivera's products are used by healthcare providers and may store protected health information (PHI) on their behalf. In that relationship, the provider organization is the covered entity and Ivera acts as a business associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), governed by business associate agreements with our customers.
- Clinical and billing data entered into Ivera belongs to the provider organization, not to Ivera.
- We use this data only to provide and support the service — never for advertising, and we never sell it.
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with access controls, audit logging, and tenant isolation enforced throughout the platform.
Account information
When a provider organization creates accounts for its staff, we store the account details needed to operate the service (such as name, email address, role, and authentication records).
Data retention and deletion
We retain customer data for as long as the customer relationship requires, and as required by applicable law and our agreements with provider organizations. Providers may request export or deletion of their organization's data by contacting us.
